Tianjin Jieya Company is poised to achieve a major production upgrade with the official launch of its brand-new large-size care pad production line scheduled for next month, marking a significant milestone in the company's manufacturing Pet Pad and Family Disposable Pad. The new advanced production facility is designed to meet the growing market demand for oversized Medical Pad, further strengthening the enterprise's competitive edge in the hygiene product industry.
Equipped with upgraded manufacturing technology, the new production line supports a maximum processing width of 91cm, covering a full range of mainstream and highly popular big sizes, including 80*120cm, 80*150cm, 90*150cm and 90*180cm. These versatile specifications perfectly cater to the diverse application needs of household care, medical nursing and other scenarios, filling the market gap for high-quality large-size hygiene products.
At present, all professional production equipment has been fully delivered to the factory site and is waiting for systematic installation, debugging and final trial operation. After the completion of subsequent commissioning work, the production line will be officially put into formal mass production.
